Enhance
Your Exposure to Decision Makers of the Home Care and Hospice
Community!
Sponsorships and exhibit space is still available for the 2011
March on Washington & Law Symposium Conference and Exposition,
March 27-30, 2011, in Washington, DC. Decisionmakers from
the leading agencies around the country see this meeting as a
must-attend event and it has exceptional growth potential.
A sponsorship tells the entire community that you are committed
to them and their success. Sponsorships proclaim your commitment
to providing the best educational opportunities so all can provide
better care to their patients.
In addition to the standard meeting items offered by the National
Association for Home Care & Hospice, you can customize your
own sponsorship package to meet your company’s marketing
needs.
Sponsorship opportunities include:
General Sessions:
These are the most well-attended sessions at each meeting, serving as a focal point
and daily gathering for the all attendees.
Educational Program Tracks:
With a number of educational programs, you are certain to find your targeted audience.
There is no better way to reach a segment of the home care and hospice market
than sponsoring a topic-specific track or individual program.
Hotel Key Card:
Here’s another way to make sure you are noticed during the meeting – put
your company’s name and logo on the Mayflower Hotel key cards. Every time
an attendee goes to their room, you’ll be there to let them in!
Internet Café:
Attendees will thank you for providing Internet access at the meeting. The Internet
Café is heavily promoted to attendees as a convenient location to check
email and access the Internet.
Conference Shuttle Buses:
The Conference Shuttle Buses will transport attendees from the Historic Mayflower
Hotel to the Senate Breakfast on Capitol Hill. The attendees will greatly appreciate
your company for providing them comfortable transportation to the first event
in their lobbying visits. The first bus will depart at 7 a.m. and continue
until 9:30 a.m.
Conference Registration Bag:
All attendees love the registration bags. They are handy and useful during and
after the conference. This is your opportunity to reach all attendees. Exclusive
recognition includes your corporate logo on the bag along with the NAHC logo.
This is one of the most visible sponsorship options.
Name Badges:
If you are looking for name recognition, there is no better place than on the attendee
name badges. No attendee will say they didn’t see you, since all attendees
are required to wear their name badges throughout the event. Name badges are
placed inside the name badge holder.
Special Services and Events:
In addition to supporting the listed activities, there are also many other opportunities
that can be custom built depending on your organization’s marketing needs.
